Mitho chillo (Sindhi)

1 cup atta;1/2 cup maida;1 cup sugar;4-5 elaichi,ground;2tbsp kaju paste ;1 cup milk;1/2 cup water ; oil
Warm the water and add sugar, elaichi powder, ground kaju. Sieve Atta and Maida together. Mix with milk, stirring slowly, for a smooth batter. Heat tawa and grease it. Spread batte like a dosa and fry it on a medium heat till golden on both sides. Serve hot with mango pickle.
